Upon hearing the good news, I tried something that I had previously sworn off this last weekend. I attended our local (WPB) gun show, in hopes that the recent news would cause a plethora of suppressors to be on sale. Alas, it was a bust....again. VERY few suppressors for sale, and drastically over priced.

I assume state law overrides federal law on this, right?

And as far as I understand, the federal ban is NOT repealed, it just won't be enforced?

The way I understand it, for now the ATF will not enforce it, at least until a democrat takes the white house. That's good new for those of us who live in free states, not so much for those who live in communist states.

                Yep, SOL is right.

If you really want to bump up the blood pressure level, look up prickster's PICA legislation he signed last year.

                Bastard!!

Well, for now I still live in a free state, although the polls still are showing that socialist clown Talarico in the lead for the senate race. That's despite him disappearing for 13 days under mysterious circumstances. He says he was sick, I call Bull Fucking Shit! A man just doesn't disappear without a trace or a word. not a tweet or a press release, for three weeks before an election. If he wins the senate race I will be very disappointed. I may have to start looking at another free state before long.

His disappearance may be better explained if you watch this video, from about 5:10 until about 13:00.

BTW, if Texas falls, it's over. But I don't need to tell you that.

State law NEVER overrides Federal Law. Its in the Constitution.

There's a guy named William Kirk . . . has a youtube channel called Washington Gun Law . . . and I kind of follow him from time to time . . .

This week he made a specific point that even though SBR and SBS are now legal in certain states . . . you better be careful about crossing state lines . . . even if you are just traveling thru . . . like I-70 going thru Hellinois.

                        Don't know the "for sure" about his claim . . . but don't have anything short barreled except my .38 special . . . Colt . . . "Detective Special" . . .

                        May God bless,
                        Dwight
