1skrewsloose I like a Chevy too. The Chevy S10 has been a daily driver since my 20's... I've owned and used up three of them over the years.😀 1 -
I had a bunch of early Broncos, the last one I sold to a fellow in Florida. I wish that I had kept them now. Them and my 84/85 Toyota straight axle pick-ups. I collected those too.👍 1

I had one of those. Raced it when in high school and for a bit after. Port job on it gave it over 20HP. Bike weighed about 150#, I weighed 110# soaking wet. I could easily beat a 250cc bike on a twisty track. It would top out at about 60mph but it would get there in less than 100ft.👍 2Comment

Must have been fun, I never saw one of those around when I was a kid. We did have a couple of these Yamaha 60 Enduro bikes.

LOTS of fun! Frightening and grueling too. Was back when Motocross was racing, not show. A day of racing would be three 45min heats, sometimes one hour heats. 30 foot vertical drop offs were common, usually with a mud hole at the bottom. Tracks were as rough as could be made.
Had to lengthen the swing arm on the Hodaka to help keep the front end down. Your body had to be over the tank when coming off the line to keep it from flipping, hitting second or third without your weight forward and it would flip. I used to race it motocross, scrambles, and even flat track. Sometimes all three in the same week.
Had a lot of fun on it back when I was bulletprof.👍 3Comment
