Five years ago today I crossed the Red River into Texas and drove into my new life.
What an amazing place this is.
What an amazing man I have.

Yep! It was 5 years ago today she almost ran me down in the McDonald's parking lot were we agreed to meet.
I was coming back from meetings in Austin and she didn't want to go into Houston without me leading her in, so we agreed to meet in Hempstead at the McDonald's. It's been a great 5 years and looking forward to many more. I am a lucky man.
