Good morning. I got the insurance adjuster on the scene inspecting the hail damage to the Edge and the F-350 from the tornado that came through 2 weeks ago.

Stuff like that always sucks. You seem to have a good outlook on it, so you've already won half the battle.

Kinda funny watching the guy examine the F350 considering it has plowed snow for 14 seasons and has plenty of rust to show for it, done farm type work, been hit by a deer and a skidloader, and me squakin about hail damage. My agent recommended I keep full coverage on it since it is a powerstroke, so I should know by tomorrow or Monday what they are going to do.

Well, I got the email this afternoon. 2012 F-350 PowerStroke and 2018 Edge, both going to be total loss from the hail damage.

I got the numbers, I will buy back both vehicles. I will fix pay to fix the Edge, the F350, AKA "The Gray Dumpster", I will drive until it breaks in half. Both vehicles I bought brand new off the lot, and will have them until junkyard time.

Ins. company says I have to go to liability insurance only, no issues.

Affirms my future headstone statement, "If it ain't broke, it ain't mine!"

First in on Friday!

Gonna be a good day, just cool for may 1st. No frost this morning, but damp and cold, will hit 56 or so. I do want the 70's and 80's back. Decided I am going to bail out of work about 2 today, and go home and tackle the hay field I call my lawn.

Good morning all. We had rain yesterday and all day today, a nice good soaking that we needed. Fortunately nothing violent. A little lightning and thunder every now and again and it's cool, 58 today which is unusual for this time of the year in Texas. I am going to get a few chores done and then kick back for the rest of day and maybe catch a movie or two.

I'm off on a "date" today with Mrs Inor. Today's destination: Tombstone! Yeah, Tombstone is the ultimate tourist trap... But about 3-4 times per year, Mrs Inor and I head over there and have a good (overpriced) meal and do some people watching. I'm sure Mrs Inor will also pick up some goo-gah trinkets and maybe I'll get another obnoxious t-shirt from the Trump Store. (Yes, they actually have a Trump Store that sells only extremist t-shirts and other such nonsense. It's an awesome place)!

Morning all. The yard looks civilized for once, got a little rain that should end by noon.

Going to head to the machine shop, always got work to do, so I will drill holes for a few hours. Then my 2 mechanic buddys will show up, and we will eat beef jerky and crack cold ones.

Good morning, friends. I slept in today and needed it. All the pills they have me on messes with my sleep. But I am not detoured because the Lord is my Shepherd and is in my heart watching over me.
Got my girls end of season soccer pizza party today. Wish me luck with that one. ⚽⚽⚽
