    Michigan Rivers at Flood Stage

    As I'm taking the Mrs for her 3 cast since foot surgery on April Fools, our friends in Brigdeton and Devils Hole are evaced out due to high water

      Counterman at the supply house showed me pics of ths South Branch of the Au Sable river....way up, and moving fast.

        I have a canoe and a 16' Starcraft. North Spruce is closed at M82 going to " Devil's Hole" where sturgeon , Jimmy Buffet, Godfather hang / hung out

            Weatherman said we were going to go the same way . . . didn't get a 1/4 inch . . . 6 miles away got pounded.

              I don't want to hijack the thread, since a river flooding is pretty serious, but, If any of you could send some of that rain down my way, I would really appreciate it. We are going to dry out and blow away soon.

                High and dry still, this place was chosen as it's about 80' above Brooks Lake, and about 300' about Devils Hole. We went through sandbagging and berming on Lacque Sainte Claire when the Army Corp of Mis-Engineers opened up the St Clair River in Port Urine Mi during the late 60's early 70's. So we bought on High ground
