    As the title says- done to a light medium rare, and served with loaded baked potatoes (bacon, cheddar, Colby jack, and butter

    Been awhile since I threw some steaks on grill. Time to hit the cow over the head and drag him over the coals.

      That's why they make portable grills, both propane and charcoal.... Used to grill on the beach while surf fishing, sometimes off the side of the road while going from place to place

      Nice. Love me some loaded baked potatoes. I've been craving mashed potatoes though.

      Also have been craving Korean short ribs.

        Funny, I offered my Wife baked potatoes last week, she asked for mashed.instead. She does love mashed potatoes....so do I Korean short ribs....will add to this weeks menu
